Always amazing!! 🤩 I’ve been a client of Ella’s for 8 years now and cannot recommend highly enough!! Had my most recent cut Thursday ready for a weekend Xmas party and whilst at a huge venue a guy comes up to me just to say “Best hair in here!!” 😁 Woohooo!! Ok one person’s opinion but omg the lift it gave me for the night😄 Whenever I go out I attract compliments about my hair, so THANK YOU Ella for always working your magic and helping create these experiences 🪄✨super grateful!! Ella is an incredible hairdresser and has done both mine and my mum’s hair for years! She is one of those rare finds in that she is incredible at both the cut and colour. I am dark and brunette and my mum is blonde and she has a great awareness of the colours and styles that suit us individually 💕

Natalia has been cutting my hair for years. What I like about Natalia’s cuts are they not only look amazing when you leave the salon but they still look amazing when you style it yourself . I live in central Bristol but it is worth the journey. Thanks Natalia

Fantastic experience! Open, friendly and affordable. Have been to a lot of hairdressers around Bristol, most of which I found underwhelming for the price. Nicole gave an exceptional service, lovely coffee on arrival and very happy with the cut! Great value for money.

My lovely aunt introduced me to Ella when I moved back to Bristol ten years ago. She loved her and the way she works, and I saw why straight away. There’s something trustworthy about Ella that you don’t find in all hairdressers – as a person as well as professionally. She is thoughtful, considerate and excellent at cutting and styling (and colouring) hair.

All the staff are lovely the minute you walk in the door, everyone says hello to you & it’s always lovely to see my stylist Nicole & have a good catch up on how my hairs been since my last cut & what she can do for me today, she will always offer suggestions if I fancy a change as she knows what will work with my fine hair & what won’t . I always come away feeling fabulous & that’s what keeps me coming back to see Nicole & Glitch. Thank you all so much xx

Lively place, great staff, amazing hair colour (exactly the shade of ginger that I wanted), I'd definitely recommend the place and will be back in the future <3 Free coffee and massage chair for your hair wash are a nice touch! My only complaint would be that's it's quite chilly in there, was really cold despite long sleeve, so if you're going there in the colder months, wrap up warm! Overall great place.

I had the most fantastic experience getting my hair dyed and cut by Arie! I was super happy with the end result and it was easily one of the best cut and dyes I’ve had in years. She was genuinely really kind and caring, regularly checking up on how I was doing and providing updates on each stage of the colouring which was really appreciated. I will definitely be back thank you!

Lovely experience with Natalia. She is very knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly the haircut that I wanted. She did an amazing job of blowdrying my thick, long hair and made sure my hair was perfect before she finished.

As usual my hair appointment was very informative and relaxing. Ella gave me lots of tips on how to treat and style my hair. It was lovely to have someone with so much experience and skill do my hair. I was very pleased with the result.
