Switched to this salon since moving to Vancouver, great environment inside, clean & friendly. Staff is kind and patient. Courtney has done my hair a few times and it's always a good experience, she listens to what I want done, does a great job, and she also is personable, remembered things we chatted about last time etc, so its just always nice for a stylist to have that personal touch so you look forward to returning and catching up with them again! 10/10 recommend this salon and Courtney specifically, she's awesome!

I live in Langley, but I make a point of traveling to Vancouver to go to this salon. The place is very cozy and the service is wonderful. Lívia, in particular, is exceptional, and she always brings my self-esteem back. I highly recommend it.

I’ve been back in Vancouver for a year and a half and have seen 3 different stylists at different places, none of them got my hair cut right. Then I met Alex today, he knew exactly what to do with my hair without me even saying anything. To say he is a genius, is putting it mildly. He totally transformed my hair and my overall appearance. Now that I’ve found him, I’m not going to let him go.

It was my first time at Nuvida and it was such a great experience. Jun was my stylist and he was meticulous, friendly, and very professional. I love how he cut and styled my hair — the blowout was perfect too. I was initially skeptical about hair salons in Vancouver, but Nuvida has definitely become my favorite. I’m happy to say I’ll be coming back! ✨

I moved to Port Coquitlam and still drive all the way back in to Vancouver to get my hair done. It's absolutely worth it. On my last appointment I ran into my sister! Turns out she still drives all the way in from Coquitlam as well. Says a lot. Oh and my stylist is Hannah. She's been giving people fabulous hair since she was 13....just saying. 🙃

This was my first time getting my hair colored in Vancouver, and I loved it! The stylist was very professional and kind. The color turned out so pretty, just the way I wanted. The salon was clean and relaxing. They even offered me a cup of green tea, which made the experience feel extra thoughtful. I’ll definitely come back again!

My hairstylist, Eden, was absolutely amazing in both service and skill. He prioritized what was best for me as a client, and the 2.5 hours flew by. I came all the way from Seattle to Vancouver to get my hair done, but the distance didn’t feel like a big deal at all—it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely be going back to Eden next time!

I wanted a layered cut that’s trending in Korea, and Diane gave me exactly the style I was looking for. From the very beginning, she carefully checked in with me about the length and the shape throughout the cut, making sure everything was perfect. I was really impressed by how attentive she was to even the smallest details. On top of that, she explained how to manage and style my hair easily at home. I’ve finally found my go-to hairstylist in Vancouver! Next time, I’m definitely coming back for a balayage 😊 Highly recommend Diane!

I have struggled to find a good hair stylist here in Vancouver who knows how to cut layers. I definitely love my haircut today. She did a butterfly style with many layers and it looks great! and I will highly recommend her.

Martin is an artful stylist and a gifted conversationalist. I found the Lounge by searching for men's perms in Vancouver... Chickened out re: the perm, but thankfully not re: the studio! Should I ever get the confidence, this will surely be the place I go.

This is the ONLY salon in Vancouver that I have returned to multiple times over the past 8 years. Lance trains his team well and they all keep up to date with latest trends and products. Joumana is an excellent stylist and I love the cuts, colour and treatments she has recommended over the years. This salon also offers good value compared to others. Thanks Lounge Hair Salon! Keep up the great work.
