I can't recommend this salon and their staff highly enough. James created a warm, subtle brown from over 20 years of black box dye home jobs, used excellent products that enriched my hair and cut it approporiately and flatteringly. The overall result was 11/10. This is a terrific salon with friendly, well-trained staff who listen, led by James who is not only a wonderful colour stylist but a beautiful soul. Go there now

Something you would never think would matter but is a truly fundamental part of having your hair done. Feeling exclusive in a space that is inclusive of everyone's individual style/personality. I truly enjoy meeting new people each time, getting to see so many different individual styles all in the one salon. No one likes a one style niche salon who only does the same thing day in day out and excludes those considered 'different' because its not their preference. I will come here whether my hair is bright green or simple brown because my hair type or colour doesn't define how I get treated.

I’ve been to Clarity twice & on both occasions was delighted with the results. My haircut is just the way I wanted - slightly shaggy & stylish, not at all like the short neat caps I’ve been given at supposedly prestigious hair salons.

Jess is an absolute miracle worker. I came in feeling pretty average about my hair and walked out feeling like a completely new person. She just gets it — the colour, the cut, everything was spot on and suited me perfectly. What really stood out was how much care and attention she put into every detail. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants you to leave feeling your best. I couldn’t be happier with my transformation.

First time at this salon and it was fantastic! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Jess was completely transparent with what was possible with my hair, what we could try and what would work for me and my lifestyle. She informed me of everything she was doing and why. Victoria is hands down the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. Salon Grace offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere while staying on top of the latest trends. As someone who is extremely particular about my hair, I’ve been consistently impressed with how Victoria perfects my blonde color and provides an amazing experience with my hair extensions.
