I had a fantastic experience with James! He took his time to make me feel comfortable, really listened to what I wanted, and offered professional advice on what would work best. He also shared great tips for caring for and styling my wavy hair. The wash and conditioning were so relaxing, and I absolutely love my haircut! James was warm and friendly throughout — truly 5-star service. Huge thank you, James! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so pleased with my hair. Many, many thanks to Jess for taking the time to really consult with me and help me work out what it was I was wanting. I've gone from 'urgh' to 'ahhh, now that feels like me'. I highly recommend Jess as an excellent colourist and stylist. She'll listen ladies and gents.

Something you would never think would matter but is a truly fundamental part of having your hair done. Feeling exclusive in a space that is inclusive of everyone's individual style/personality. I truly enjoy meeting new people each time, getting to see so many different individual styles all in the one salon. No one likes a one style niche salon who only does the same thing day in day out and excludes those considered 'different' because its not their preference. I will come here whether my hair is bright green or simple brown because my hair type or colour doesn't define how I get treated.

Thank you Annabelle for another lovely haircut! I genuinely love the cut. Thank you for being patient while we went through all the photos - you have a great eye for what works ❤️. I also like that you were concentrating on the cut, rather than concentrating on talking. I have had some really bad cuts with hairdressers who talked the whole time they were cutting my hair. For me, it was the right balance between friendly and professional. Looking forward to the next visit!

Jess is an absolute miracle worker. I came in feeling pretty average about my hair and walked out feeling like a completely new person. She just gets it — the colour, the cut, everything was spot on and suited me perfectly. What really stood out was how much care and attention she put into every detail. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants you to leave feeling your best. I couldn’t be happier with my transformation.
