Good experience as always. Kimia was lovely and so friendly. She does the best hair massage ever. I love how Her Definition products and skills really look after my natural hair. I always notice a positive difference in my hair after my HD treatments. Just a minor issue with the payment card machine at the end (the link to pay wouldn’t work) but it was resolved in the end. Always love to come here for my hair day

Tanshya was absolutely amazing! She really understood the assignment. 😂❤️ Aaniyah’s hair has some breakage and not much length in certain areas, but Tanshya worked with what she had and made her hair look beautiful, Ma shaa Allah!! She was so patient, gentle and lovely with Aaniyah, and the stylist who washed her hair was also amazing and made her feel so special. I’m so happy with her hair! I’ll definitely be coming back I’ve finally found Aaniyah’s hairdresser! ❤️

I've been coming to have my hair done at Finesse Studio/ Always Natural for almost 2 years now.I have to say it's really been a remarkable experience. The ladies are always welcoming, very hardworking, willing to answer any questions you have about your hair and most especially you end up feeling gloriously well treated. Funny enough it was my husband who first noticed the salon from afar and suggested that I try it out.I was a bit skeptical at first but now? It's definitely my go to place to have my hair well treated and well cared for. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Had my second luxury spa hair treatment done my Kimia, who is very polite, friendly and professional. I settled in with some gentle massaging to start. Closed my eyes and wondered off into fairy land, the scalp massaging and head tools used to intensify and stimulate the follicles whilst cleaning the scalp with lovely shampoo/ conditioner, is an experience. Followed by the steam treatment then the Japanese waterfall head shower so therapeutic and great for thirsty hair. Followed with the blow dry and combout. Very enjoyable. Thank you Kimia.

Booked a treatment, trim & blow dry on the day. Also got my hair straightened & styled on the spot & loved how it turned out! My hair was in good hands. I wish I’d been shown the products used & for the price, the salon & washing area could be a bit nicer but I’d come back

Always a pleasure coming to Her Definition and leaving with beautiful and healthy natural hair. I come here for all my treatments and Kimia is always the one who takes care of me - my hair continues to thrive so much! The HD treatment is perfect to natural hair girlies (especially those who have never relaxed/permed). Such friendly service as well. Service with a smile and offering small refreshments. Highly recommend!
