Sharni is the absolute best, she’s the most lovely soul, calm, caring, she really listens and I’d recommend her to anyone who is curious about possible solutions for hair unhappiness. When I first came to Sharni my confidence was at rock bottom, I’d experienced significant hair loss due to grief and I was embarrassed and she just helped, didn’t judge, totally put me at ease. I visited Sharni yesterday for a wig consultation. I had chosen one that I wanted online & just needed to try it & have a few tweeks. Sharni was lovely, as always, & showed me how to put the wig on, I presently wear a topper. Once on, she made sure that it fitted my head correctly & when I was happy she proceeded to show me different ways that it could be styleed. I have worn my hair with a fringe all my life & so thought to try without one for a change, one could be added later, if wanted. All through my visit Sharni was attentive, helpful, friendly & professional. I left,very, very happy !

Sharni is amazing at what she does! I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. She is so knowledgeable and puts you at ease. I came to try wigs on today and ended up finding one and Sharni made the time for me to come back and have it customised and fitted the same day.
