Amazing. Hannah was so friendly and professional, and made me feel really comfortable. She helped me with my piercing which had swollen after being bashed! She was very gentle with it which i appreciated and managed to get the jewellery back in! I am very happy!!

Took my daughter to have her nose pierced as a post exam treat, a lovely experience! Clean calm environment, explained every step of the process, lots of choices of jewellery, really lovely place to go-and even better that it’s in sleepy lymington!

I had my rook pierced yesterday and had such a great experience. The piercer was casually professional, really personable, explained everything clearly, and even gave helpful advice about where the piercing would sit best. They were absolutely lovely throughout. Best of all, it barely hurt. Just a bit of expected discomfort, but nothing major. Would definitely recommend.

I took both my daughters today for ear piercing and it was a great experience. Hannah was really good at communicating to her girls what was happening to put them at ease. We all felt relaxed, it was a much more personable experience than a chain of ear piercers! Would definitely recommend Hannah!

Great service and super aftercare. A tiny bit of expected discomfort but honestly very little pain, otherwise I wouldn’t be back for a second piercing! Fantastic choice of earrings too, I love my new piercing.
