I can't recommend this lovely lady enough! From the moment we arrived, she created such a calm, friendly, and welcoming environment and immediately put my daughter completely at ease before having her ears pierced. She talked her through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure she felt comfortable and confident the whole time. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism were amazing, and the whole experience was so positive from start to finish. Thank you for making such a special moment such a lovely experience. I had a great experience getting my piercing done by Kerry. She is a lovely lady who made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was clean and hygienic, and she explained the aftercare clearly so I knew exactly how to look after my piercing. I had such a lovely experience during my waxing appointment. The lady was incredibly calm, gentle, and professional throughout. Being pregnant, I was a bit anxious beforehand, but she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable the entire time. She was very understanding and took extra care to ensure I was relaxed.
