I can't recommend this lovely lady enough! From the moment we arrived, she created such a calm, friendly, and welcoming environment and immediately put my daughter completely at ease before having her ears pierced. She talked her through every step of the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure she felt comfortable and confident the whole time. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism were amazing, and the whole experience was so positive from start to finish. Thank you for making such a special moment such a lovely experience. I will recommend you to anyone!
