I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

Me and my besties absolutely love our piercings! We got them done at The Needle Room, and I felt so comfortable the entire time. The place is super clean, she’s professional, and honestly just the sweetest person. You can tell how hardworking and passionate she is. Our visit to the beauty retreat was great. We attended for our daughter’s ear piercing. Annette was patient and accommodating. Her experience was evident as my daughter only cried for a few minutes. She provided us with the relevant advice, we would’ve been lost as first time parents

Chris was great at giving wax, especially as someone that has a low pain tolerance she made the whole process more enjoyable. I like that she did it in small patches and she kept me engage with a lovely conversation to keep my mind off the pain. I’ll definitely be back!
