I’ve recently changed my hairstylist after many years and I’m delighted with the way that Lucy cut & coloured my hair. This was, unfortunately, not a good experience. I was waiting for my appointment for a gel manicure for 20 minutes with no apology, and the nail technician chopped and snipped my cuticles so savagely that she left several of my fingers bleeding. She did not put any antiseptic on or even apologise, even though I was visibly flinching and in pain, but just gave a quick pat with a dry tissue. I have had to go home and put antiseptic cream on my nails in the hole they do not get infected. I wish I'd ended the treatment there and I hope they learn to be more gentle with people's nails in future
