I went in with some photos of piercings that I liked and Gemma discussed what she thought would be the best options for my ear and my previous experiences of piercings. I decided to go with an ear flat which looks amazing and was pierced very quickly and professionally.

Went back to have the bar shortened in my nose piercing, and ended up choosing a pretty flower crystal stud. The shop is clean and inviting, the staff are really lovely and everything is explained so well. Excellent place to get your piercing done.

I went to Flux today for a nose piercing and I was very nervous considering the only other piercing I have is my ears and was done when I was 4 years old. The ladies in there were brilliant and very comforting. They were friendly and funny which made me feel at ease. Gemma done my piercing, absolute pro! She spoke me through it all and was just brilliant as what she does. Thank you again! I'm really happy with it and looking forwards to seeing them again for my check up in a month's time I would highly recommend 👌

We came to Flux this afternoon, with my 11 year old daughter Betty, for her first ear piercing. We chose to have them pierce in tandem ( two piercers at once) to combat any nerves/change of mind. From start to finish the two piercers who looks after us were very professional but friendly, talking through every detail of the procedure from start to finish clearly - my daughter , who had been nervous, found this so comforting. The piercing studio itself was impressively clean , tidy & organised & the choice of studs available were all really good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!x

My daughter had her ears pierced for her 8th birthday. Gemma was fantastic from start to finish. She talked us through every step & really explained it well, putting my daughter at complete ease throughout the whole time.

Thank you to Kelsey and Gemma for making my daughter so comfortable for her first piercing experience. She is so happy with her sparkly ears and feels happy that she knows how to care for them (with my help of course). There are no words for how happy I am with my beautiful new conch piercing! Gemma was incredibly helpful and patient with me whilst I decided what jewellery I wanted and gave me advice on what would look good in my ear. Having originally gone in for lobe piercings I was told my ears were slightly too small and she was more than happy to help me with which piercing to get instead based on the piercings I currently have. The piercing process was incredibly smooth and Gemma was just so lovely throughout the whole thing. I honestly can’t thank her enough, I am over the moon! 🩷

We came to flux to have my daughter's ears re pierced after a bad experience in another place. Flux also helped her previously with removing the bad piercings. The lady piercing was so good with my daughter and explained everything to her. Great experience and now I will never go anywhere else!

My 10-year-old daughter and her friend came to Flux to have their ears pierced and had a fantastic experience. Everything was explained so clearly and the equipment was reassuringly sterile and all the processes thorough and well-organised. We weren’t rushed at all and the piercers took so much time and care getting the piercings in exactly the right place. The girls were so proud of themselves for not flinching and I think it is an experience they will remember for a long time. (My conch piercing was fantastic too, pain-free, with expert advice on the best placement. Will definitely be back!)

The team at Flux are amazing! Everything is spit spot clean and they were so kind and informative with my daughter. Every action was explained and such attention to detail. If you are considering an ear piercing for a child, these guys are THE BEST. We experienced the consultation, the piercings and follow-up - we had zero issues, all healed perfectly and cleaned as instructed. Such a lovely team and amazing aftercare. The jewellery is top quality and not going to cause a reaction. We were so impressed and wouldn't go anywhere else - all earring upgrades will be at Flux.

I had the best experience with Flux Piercing. At the grand old age of 57 I decided to have my nose pierced, something I had always wanted but never got round to doing. I wondered if I would be laughed at for going but the girls could not have been sweeter, the process was quick and easy, they were so helpful in choosing a stud and in explaining how to look after it properly. The hygiene was brilliant, my piercing healed quickly and easily and the follow up appointment quick and painless to get a shorter bar fitted. I can't thank them enough or recommend them more.

It was great, the lady who pierced my ears was so nice and calming and didn’t try to spring the piercing on me unawares (breath in and out instead of 1,2,3). I felt extremely comfortable and was able to offer guidance on where I wanted the holes to go; to my preference. It was my second lobs and I and sure to get my thirds very soon !

I have just had my nose and ear rim pierced by Kelsey and I honestly loved my experience. The studio was clean and tidy and everything was sterilised. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, with a great range of jewellery on offer and brilliant aftercare advice and saline solution. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a new piercing. 10/10

My nine year old had her ears pierced by Torreya and the whole experience was awesome! Torreya made us feel so welcome and went through everything with my daughter to make her understand what was going to happen and was honest about what the experience was going to feel like. She was so kind and supportive, and really patient when Effie had a little wobble before getting her other ear pierced. 5 star treatment from start to finish!

My eight year old had her ears pierced by Gemma, and it was a fabulous first piercing experience. What I particularly liked was that Gemma spoke directly to my daughter (not just me) regarding consent, the piercing process etc. Her body, her choice. I believe she found it quite empowering. Excellent facilities, beautiful jewellery choices, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We’ll be back 😍 Thank you everyone x

Best Xmas present for me today, coming into flux to get 26 yes 26 piercings changed to colours the girls had got them for me as they all know I like the same colours in each ear I can’t thank them enough they all go above and beyond for there customers I’m going back next week to get 3 more changed then another piercing as well after Christmas, I wouldn’t go anywhere else they all look after me and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and it’s a joy to come down there, such a lovely welcoming place

Gemma and Kelsey (sorry if it’s the wrong spelling) were really professional and made it a really great experience for my daughter, they made her feel really comfortable and she was really happy with her piercings, thank you so much!

Wonderful service. Helped me choose a new stud for my nose and got it fixed in! My first piercing (other than ears!) and I have been looked after so well in the last few months.
