I can’t recommend Kyle enough. This was my first experience with him and I would definitely go back again in the future. I went to have my nipples re-pierced and Kyle did an amazing job explaining the process and the aftercare. His attention to detail, especially for the placement/avoiding the scar tissue from the old piercings, was incredible and he ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Absolutely thrilled with how they turned out!

Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable about proper piercing practices. The form that you fill out is very extensive, but it's worth it. Has a good range of different jewelry that is safe to insert in your body (no surgical steel). He keeps digital records of the gauge, type, and guarantees the jewelry for life. I will be returning to him once my daith is more healed to switch to a slightly smaller ring in gold.

Charlotte is a beyond incredible piercer. I've been pierced by many people but none who actually truly care about my wellbeing, comfort, and healing as much as Charlotte. I've gotten my tragus pierced by her and it's the easiest ear cartilage piercing to heal from that I've experienced. She proactively schedules check-in appointments to make sure it's healing right and consistently provides guidance to make sure it stays healing well. I'll always go back to Charlotte for any piercing going forward - I wouldn't trust anybody else with that kind of thing anymore!

Literally the best piercing experience I have EVER had and I have over 10+ piercings. Ellie is SO patient, so informative, and so SWEET. She walked me through my ear anatomy and face anatomy to help me come up with a "plan/ design" and was able to help me make decisions I was 100% confident in. She had an answer to EVERY question I asked and a solution. She respected my budget requests and reminded me it's ok to take your time building the piercing stack of my dreams. It was just a really gentle and compassionate experience from start to finish. Also like... nothing hurt lol <3 TYSM

Wonderful experience at Vanity Inc! My 13 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Manu, who was very patient and gentle. She explained every step before, and as she was doing, the piercing, which helped my daughter stay calm. And appreciate the pain was minimal! Would definitely recommend!!!

Took my son to have his ear pierced. Kyle explained everything and made myself and my son feel at ease. Kyle took his time and went through the whole process. Manu is such a wonderful piercer. She did my 11 year old daughter’s ears, my nostril and just added a gorgeous stacked lobe. She is so friendly, has great taste and makes you feel really at ease by letting you know every step of the process. I would 100% recommended her to anyone looking for a relaxed and thoughtful piercing atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing. Made me less nervous and was so so patient with me even though it was a simpler piercing. He is soooo nice. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable going back to him for more piercings. And also made my mom feel part of the experience too which was really kind. I had a wonderful experience at Vanity. Carnie was my piercer and proposed an amazing idea that strongly complimented the anatomy of my ear. I’ve had over a dozen piercings done (years ago and elsewhere) and this was the first time I felt that a piercer took their time to listen to me. As a result I was confident in the outcome and placement of the proposed piercings. Carnie communicates everything clearly, is approachable and made me feel comfortable. It is obvious they love their craft. I will get pierced by them again.

Amazing experience ! I went with my mom and she was a little nervous with getting a couple ear piercings, and he made her feel super comfortable. I don’t know if she would have went through with it if it was anybody else. He’s very personable, funny guy! Very informative and I would highly recommend him for all piercings !

I brought my ten year old daughter in to pierce one ear (we had had an issue after a previous ear piercing and had to let it grow over). My daughter was extremely nervous but Manu put her right at ease. Once the needle was through my daughter asked "was that it?". Later she said to me "Mom, if I get another piercing I will come here and ask for Manu!". The whole place was extremely clean and well organized. All staff were friendly and inviting.

An excellent experience from start to finish!!! Our daughter (14) was getting her navel pierced and Kyle was an absolute gem! A thorough explanation of the options, procedure, infection control and after care practices. It was an education for me as well (mom), and learned so much about the craft. He has excellent practices, and keeps the communication lines open afterwards in case you have any concerns or questions. Lovely demeanour and personality.
