Charlotte is a beyond incredible piercer. I've been pierced by many people but none who actually truly care about my wellbeing, comfort, and healing as much as Charlotte. I've gotten my tragus pierced by her and it's the easiest ear cartilage piercing to heal from that I've experienced. She proactively schedules check-in appointments to make sure it's healing right and consistently provides guidance to make sure it stays healing well. I'll always go back to Charlotte for any piercing going forward - I wouldn't trust anybody else with that kind of thing anymore!

Literally the best piercing experience I have EVER had and I have over 10+ piercings. Ellie is SO patient, so informative, and so SWEET. She walked me through my ear anatomy and face anatomy to help me come up with a "plan/ design" and was able to help me make decisions I was 100% confident in. She had an answer to EVERY question I asked and a solution. She respected my budget requests and reminded me it's ok to take your time building the piercing stack of my dreams. It was just a really gentle and compassionate experience from start to finish. Also like... nothing hurt lol <3 TYSM

Wonderful experience at Vanity Inc! My 13 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Manu, who was very patient and gentle. She explained every step before, and as she was doing, the piercing, which helped my daughter stay calm. And appreciate the pain was minimal! Would definitely recommend!!!

Manu is such a wonderful piercer. She did my 11 year old daughter’s ears, my nostril and just added a gorgeous stacked lobe. She is so friendly, has great taste and makes you feel really at ease by letting you know every step of the process. I would 100% recommended her to anyone looking for a relaxed and thoughtful piercing atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at Vanity. Carnie was my piercer and proposed an amazing idea that strongly complimented the anatomy of my ear. I’ve had over a dozen piercings done (years ago and elsewhere) and this was the first time I felt that a piercer took their time to listen to me. As a result I was confident in the outcome and placement of the proposed piercings. Carnie communicates everything clearly, is approachable and made me feel comfortable. It is obvious they love their craft. I will get pierced by them again.

Amazing experience all around! This was my second visit to Vanity, but my first time getting pierced there. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry. Marie was incredibly helpful in selecting pieces that paired well together and suited my style. And she helped me plan and visualize future jewelry combinations. The piercing experience (helix and tragus) was smooth and stress free. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with my daughter’s first ear piercing. Menu was wonderfully calming helped her make all of her own decisions and we are so happy with the results. The expert advice on aftercare was really helpful. I would highly recommend Vanity and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I brought my ten year old daughter in to pierce one ear (we had had an issue after a previous ear piercing and had to let it grow over). My daughter was extremely nervous but Manu put her right at ease. Once the needle was through my daughter asked "was that it?". Later she said to me "Mom, if I get another piercing I will come here and ask for Manu!". The whole place was extremely clean and well organized. All staff were friendly and inviting.

Vanity offered fantastic service from beginning to end, you could not find a more calm and welcoming environment for a piercing. My piercing was done by Charlotte, who eased any worries I had, made me feel comfortable and confident, and answered all questions. I have many piercings and this was the first done at Vanity, I can feel the difference in healing even one day later. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!

Very professional and friendly staff with lots of great options for jewelry. I went in for my first piercings (lobes) and my piercer Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. He took great care in the placement of my piercings to make sure they looked great and was fast with the actual piercing to minimize pain.

My twelve-year-old daughter and I had such a positive experience getting pierced by Charlotte! She was so warm and welcoming, and put both of us at ease right away. Love how knowledgeable Tine was when they were checking out my ears as I came in wanting a conch but due to anatomy; I came out with a daith. They're amazing and easy-going through the piercing process.
