Kyle definitely knows his stuff and takes the time to ensure that his clients leave well informed on after care and next steps. He helped me with a piercing done elsewhere and within a couple of days of swapping to his high quality jewelry, my irritation bump was gone! I even messaged him with a question for a friend who was having issues with a piercing done elsewhere and he took the time to respond and did so very promptly.
