Kay was fabulous with my daughter.. we came in for her lobes to be pierced.. Kay made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, the piercing was done quickly and very professionally. I booked in with Kay for lobe and nose piercing. Kay is very professional, the salon is clean and sterile which made me feel even more at ease. Kay was great at giving advice and it wasn't too much trouble to take time to make sure I was happy with the placements. Brilliant, thank you.

Fantastic experience! Open, friendly and affordable. Have been to a lot of hairdressers around Bristol, most of which I found underwhelming for the price. Nicole gave an exceptional service, lovely coffee on arrival and very happy with the cut! Great value for money.

Would absolutely recommend Kay for any piercing. Had my belly button pierced and she did an amazing job of positoning it to cover over the old piercing pre pregnancy She was so gentle and I've never had a piercing heal so well or so quickly

Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done . Will certainly recommend to others in the future 👍

Kay was great with my daughter who was nervous about having her ears pierced. Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes. Ruby loves her new piercings and is a very happy girl.

First time at CRISP, first time with Corinna... couldn't recommend enough. I had a BIGGG chop and was super nervous, Corinna talked me through every stage and was so patient and understanding when I threw a million different ideas and inspo pics at her. Spent the whole walk home checking my hair in shop windows. So relived to have finally found my go-to hair dressers in Bristol.
