My daughter wanted her helix and conch pierced for her birthday. Having previously had both her nose and her daith pierced by Lucy in your Barry shop, there is nowhere else we would go now! As always, Lucy took her time, cleaned everything down in front of us, explained the procedures and was just so lovely with my daughter (aged 13). She is already planning several more piercings and there is only one person for the job - Lucy! Thanks so much Lucy

I always have a brilliant experience with Empress Piercing, but I absolutely adore Seren as she did my first piercing with Empress and now is always my first choice when I want a piercing done. I've had my helix, nostril, chest dermal and industrial done in the Barry shop, with absolutely no regrets. Everytime I come for a piercing, a jewellery change or a check in I feel so welcome and the ladies never make you feel like any of the questions that you ask are silly. They are just excellent and the environment in the shop is lovely x Thank you so much and I'm sure that I'll be back soon!

Had a piercing done yesterday at Empress Piercing in Barry and Lucy was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, calming, and clearly very experienced. She talked me through everything, helped me choose jewellery options, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I left feeling so much more confident and empowered. I had a great experience at Empress in Barry today. I went in to have my Helix re peirced, however they were able to still put an earring through, so I was really pleased that I didn't have to have it redone.

Absolutely amazing!! Ashton spent so much time and effort making sure my nose piercing was completely symmetrical and that my eyebrow was completely straight. I could tell how passionate he was in making sure the piercings were as perfect as possible, and they were! Absolutely brilliant as always, I'd never trust anyone else with my piercings ❤️❤️

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I’ve now been pierced by both Kate & Tasha and both times have been outstanding. They are amazing people, so friendly, patient and understanding, especially if you’re anxious about getting pierced! Kate pierced my philtrum and Tash gave me a new septum piercing after a horrendous previous experience with a different piercer. This time was completely different though and I am so grateful for the positive experience - I love my septum piercing now! Gorgeous range of jewellery too. Best place for piercings I’ve ever been to, hands down!

I always take my daughter to Lucy for all her piercings. 4 days ago she pierced my daughters septum and I decided I wanted mine done also! (Incoming mid-life crisis maybe?!) As always, Lucy was her usual lovely and bubbly self, putting me at ease, talking me through everything, making sure I was happy. Everything was clean and sterile as it always is. Once my piercing was done, Lucy revealed that I had a smaller jewellery size than my daughter, due to my small nose - which is exactly why we always put our trust in Lucy every time - she knows her stuff and what is for the best! Had such a fabulous experience getting my nipples pierced by Lucy for my birthday today!✨ I’ve always been self conscious about my boobs & I was pretty apprehensive today. I’ve been talking myself out of getting these piercings for years! But Lucy was able to put my mind at ease & make me feel incredibly comfortable within minutes! Her calm demeanour whilst talking me through the process & explaining everything to me as she was doing it really helped. I love my new piercings! Thank you so much! I got my nostril done to complete my trio of 2 nostrils and a septum. Feel like my setup looks great now! I also got my conch done. Thank you to Lucy who did an awesome job and made me feel really at ease and answered any questions I had about healing and aftercare. No doubt I’ll be back again soon :D
