Great experience! Ai was able to accommodate 3 tattoos for me and my two family members during their visit to Toronto. The shop is bright and beautiful with an amazing bathroom (v. important!). Ai is friendly, professional and sooooo talented. We are all very happy with our tattoos and enjoyed the experience. Thanks!

Place is definitely 100% clean. Ambiance is so good. Taylor (Senior Piercer) made it so easy for me, nose piercing didn't even hurt that much. 😊

I have had 5 piercings by Taylor so far and I can attest that she is great! She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She makes sure to take her time with you to ensure that you are happy with the exact placement of your piercing. I would definitely recommend her.

Taylor (the piercer) is such an amazing person who is so transparent and open about the process of what's being done. I got my angel fangs done, and the whole time I felt so comfortable. She was so amazing that I literally could have stayed and talked with her because she is so fun to be around (I didn't obviously). She was very quick with the actual piercing, and it didn't hurt that badly. Overall, I had such an amazing experience here and will definitely be coming back here.

Taylor was very efficient, friendly and an expert at piercing. She confirmed approval at every step of the way and the process was smooth, quick and sterile! Would recommend. She also provided contact and thorough counselling on wound care.
