I had an amazing experience with Charney for my lash service. She is incredibly talented and pays great attention to detail. My lashes look absolutely beautiful—full, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. Not only is she skilled at what she does, but she also creates a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Her conversation was great and made the appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing. I loved the fact that they had Lana Del Rey playing in the background, she is my favorite. The woman who did my lash lift was a quiet a bit shy but nice. This was my first lash lift and she did let me know which step she was on and how long each step was. I fell asleep during the treatment. I felt comfortable the whole time. The service was great! Everyone was so kind, and professional, but personable. So it wasn't weird or uncomfortable having multiple people around watching and learning. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted with henna, and my lashes lifted and tinted. My eyebrows and eyelashes look great! I love them! It was my first time having ever done anything with my lashes.
