I truly enjoy both the salon and Katrina herself. She’s a joy to be around, easy to talk to, and clearly has a great rapport with both her employees and clients. When you’re spending over an hour with someone doing treatments (in my case, perm, color, and root touch-ups), you want to feel comfortable—and Katrina, along with the rest of the staff, definitely fits that bill. From a quality perspective, I’ve been very pleased with her expertise in perms and color treatments. Plus, the maintenance products she recommends are sold in-house, which is super convenient.

Taylor is so knowledgeable of my specific hair needs and talks through any of my ideas so we can come up with a color and style solution that fits my lifestyle. She will never go along with something that I won’t be able to manage and I so appreciate that about her!

Katrina is amazing! I often come in with only a vague idea of what I want, and she somehow translates those thoughts into a beautiful style and color every time. She takes the time to listen, asks the right questions, and communicates throughout the process so you end up with exactly the look you’re hoping for. I also love the salon atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

I had my first professional haircut since 2020 with Maddie, and she exceeded every expectation. As someone who used to go to a high-end salon, I can honestly say her technique and skill are just as good—if not better. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and gave me a style that’s manageable and looks amazing. I was especially impressed that it still looked great the next morning with very little effort. I’m so grateful to have found her and highly recommend Maddie to anyone looking for a fantastic haircut and style.
