First time at this salon and honestly the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! Olivia was so welcoming and professional . She did an amazing job curling my hair and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I have just been for my first appointment with Sam, and also decided to change colour right off. Having met Sam for a test patch & consultaton, I really knew I'd be in safe hands, and trusted her to do a great job, which she did. Sam is extremely friendly, professional and clearly knows what she's doing; I have never been so happy with my hair. When I was able to see the before and after photos, I was blown away and couldn't believe it was my hair! The salon is private, quiet and beautifully decorated, and Sam was attentive, easy to get on with and made me feel totally at ease Thank you Sam

I had a lovely time at the Hair Room. It's a lovely salon with a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Saffy took lots of time talking me through my colour options and was really helpful. I love my colour and the way it was styled with curls.
