I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. Charolette did an amazing transformation on my 10 year old hair. We have had trouble with her hair being dry and frizzy for a long time. Charolette took thw time to speak to myself and include my daughters opinion. Her hair looks amazing and healthy now.

Gemma was amazing with my little girl. She was so gentle and gave me lots of advice on products and how to look after my daughters frizzy hair. My daughter and her 3 frie daughter all has the princess pamper experience for her birthday. From the moment they arrives they were treated like royalty. Wicked soundtrack playing all singing and pampered like a real princess! All the girls loved their experience, from the beautiful curls in their har, the vibrant colours in their nails and their facials and massages just sent them into another wold and calmed them all down to a dreamy state! Fabulous service with goody bags for each girl and memories that will last a lifetime!

Natalie is truley a fairy god mother I had my extensions refitted after going with someone who didn’t know what they was doing . One way to brighten up a rainy day is to treat yourself to a blow dry while enjoying a cuppa. Sophie did a great job, not only washing and drying, but putting a lovely wavy curl through my hair to finish it off. I'm really pleased with the end result.
