Evie was lovely and professional as usual but friendly and welcoming too. She also showed me how to curl my hair at the end with straightners for no extra charge which I really appreciated.

I'm usually nervous about going to the hairdressers, especially as I have naturally curly hair and haven't always had good experiences. Katharine was lovely, listened to what I wanted, and took my preferences into account. I had a colour, cut and blow dry, and I'm really happy with the result. The colour is subtle and natural, exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and professional, regularly checking I was comfortable and offering drinks throughout the appointment. I felt listened to, which isn't always my experience at salons, and I'd happily recommend Katharine to others.

Took my daughter for a hair trial for prom with Tia. Greeted as soon as we walked in and offered a drink. Tia went above and beyond, styling my daughters hair in a half, half down style. Unfortunately, my daughters hair wasn't holding the curls, so Tia took time out of her lunch to create another style. Throughout the appt Tia asked if my daughter liked this or that and really wanted her to feel comfortable and happy with the style. Tia is very good at creating hair ups and my daughter came away with a beautiful style that she loved.

Cat is the absolute best. I have fine wavy frizzy hair that’s been traumatised by myself with home dying and heat tools - and I was nervous about seeing a professional . But she made me feel so welcome and there was no judgement at all. And she’s taken my hair from very red very copper to a lovely ashy bronde in only a few sessions. I felt welcome and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on. The only advice I’d give to new clients would be the same advice I’d give wherever you wanted to go. 1. Be honest about what you have done to your hair. 2. Be reasonable with your expectations.

My Daughter had a her first cut with Jamie, from waist to shoulder length, so much hair to cut. She is so happy with it & how relaxed he made her feel, even spent the time curling it at no extra charge.🥰🥰🥰
