It was our first time attending This is It and my 12 year old was a little nervous. But Pamela was really lovely, thoughtful with a cracking smile. She was kind, patient and very accommodating even though she had clearly had a very busy and full on day as her colleague was off sick. She had very gentle mannerisms and made my daughter feel comfortable, and we were really happy with her cut, restyle and blow dry! Thank you Pamela, my daughter is much happier with her hair!

My visit to Tom was fabulous ✨a great guy with great knowledge of hair ,styles and colour . Very friendly and gave the most sincerest advice on styling . Really happy with my new hair colour today. After using box dyes for years it was nice to sit back and relax, while Pamela worked wonders on getting my hair from darkish red to lighter brown. Would highly recommend.

Not been to a salon in a long time as normally just do box dyes and only get it cut about once a year. Having the ONXY treatment was such a treat for myself and love how shiny and soft my hair feels. Pamela was so friendly and welcoming, will definitely go back.
