Had such a great experience at this salon! I got a digital perm and a hair treatment, and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. A big thank you to Kristy and Sue for really listening to what I wanted. They made me feel so comfortable throughout the session, and the whole experience was so relaxing. My hair looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend this salon if you're looking for great service and talented stylists. I'll definitely be coming back!

Wow! Visiting from interstate. Was hesitant to try someone I didn’t know. Was met by friendly Bentley, had half a head of foils and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My hair colour is perfect, it’s soft and shiny and I’m thrilled. Thinking I may have to travel to Sydney from now on to get my hair done! Thanks 🙏🏻

Quick but skilled haircut, Hanbi took time to understand the style I was after and cut it as per her expertise. Also gave some tips to manage my permed hair afterwards. I’d happily go back!

Kristy and Sue did an exceptional job with my chemical straightening and hair treatment. They are professional, kind, and highly skilled hairdressers who made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Really loved my experience at Kross Hair Salon! It’s a Korean salon and they really know how to work with Asian hair, as well as all different hair types. Sue did my hair and she was amazing! I wanted a long wolf cut, and before we started, she and the owner actually took the time to explain how it would work with my hair, what to expect, and the pros and cons. I really appreciated that they were honest and informative without trying to upsell me anything. They even gave me some free advice about what hair colours would suit me. Jo has been doing my hair for over 15 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's incredibly talented with colour, very professional and takes so much pride in her work. She's very particular about getting everything just right annd always makes sure I'm happy with the end result. Jo also gives great, honest advice and suggestions. Vicky and Mia did a fantastic job bringing proper colour back to my hair. They did a thorough consult to really understand what I wanted and my expectations for ongoing colour management. The end result was a blend of my natural colour and some highlights to help manage my grey regrowth. The natural dye was also very gentle on my scalp. I highly recommend them to anyone!
