First time customer and so happy with my haircut and the service. After a chat about what I wanted, Shannon was able to cut and style my long and very thick hair just the way I like it! She also gave me advice on which products would help maintain the frizz and how to manage my hair in between cuts. The wash and head massage before my cut was amazing too. Thank you ladies! 😊

I don't know where to start. It is the first time I visited this salon and and I would actually double the five stars, if that was possible. Definitely great service from two really gracious ladies, nothing was too much trouble, and made me feel special from the moment I walked in. Having fine hair, it is always a challenge to find a stylist who truly understands how to cut and shape it to maximize volume without losing density. Toni is an absolute expert. She is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. ​On top of her excellent styling skills, the prices at Lilora are so reasonable and affordable. We struggled to find a salon who understood our family's hair needs. We have a son with gorgeous curls and other salons we visited just cut them off. The sylists at Polaris never compromised his curls during our visits. Will continue to support this salon.
