Alyah was very professional and absolutely did herself proud! These are one of the best set of nails 💅 I've ever had. She really concentrated and I could just tell that she wanted to make them 💯 perfect, every step of the way! Absolute perfection! I usually go for HD brows but I went for the Permanent Brow treatment and I could not be happier with the results! Charlotte honestly does work miricales! She takes her time and really does have the natural knack for attention to detail. I have come out feeling like a new woman! I honestly would not trust anyone else! She has made me feel a million dollars ❣️ I could not recommend Charlotte Cosmetics enough!!!

All the ladies in the Spa are wonderful, Amy, Zoe and Trish are my angels. The only negative point is the hedge along the Ramsgate road which needs regular cutting back, I’m surprised no one hasn’t had their face cut as there are sharp twigs, I have reported this to reception but so far nothing has been done

My first visit to Nia at NML and it won't be my last! After discussing what I hoped for, Nia advised me regarding the best nail treatment. Her wealth of knowledge and intuition meant the colour selection for both the nail base and nail art were spot on. Understanding my nail shape meant the tips mirrored by natural nail growth and suit my hand. We chatted away and my nails were done in what felt like no time at all.

Excellent brow and Hollywood wax with hot wax. Very gentle and thorough - leaving no hairs! Amazing and already booked my next. Thank you!

Such a good wax thanks so much - so understanding when I was a wimp as well, pretty sure it was over quicker than I remember and wasn’t as painful. Also so thorough.

Excellent massage treatment after a nice stroll to Ramsgate and back. Muscles in legs and back feeling much better, looking forward to next treatment

Never a boring or awkward moment at Shamillers. Love the cut- Max's way of cutting to "lift" the curl and know what flatters my jawline was way beyond expectation. As always chat easily with other clients as the team make everyone feel welcome & included. Aliya did great brow work & the price. including a 10% tip (MY voice) was less than you would pay for a junior re style in town. Thankyou lovely Peeos!!
