Nat was brilliant! Gave me a lovely short hair cut which was exactly what I asked for. She listened to what I wanted and continually asked me if I was happy with the result of wanted to make any changes to make sure I liked it, which I very much do! Looking forward to my next hair cut. I had a wonderful experience with Natasha! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. She knew exactly what haircut I wanted and made my hair look absolutely beautiful. Everything was so easy to communicate because we used sign language, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the lovely company and my perfect haircut. As always, Imelda was very friendly and efficient! I’m so pleased with the success of my treatments - firstly removal of a lot of skin tags on my neck which needed 2 sessions and I’m left without a single mark; secondly she has treated my facial thread veins, again great success (treatment took 2sessions for me). I highly recommend Imelda at Gaia!

Shevana was amazing. I had microdermabrasion for the first time. She explained everything to me so well, was very attentive. Her facial massage was absolutely incredible and the best shoulder and next massage I have ever had. I am rebooking.
