I had my first Brazilian wax with this lovely lady and she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant and virtually painless. She was professional, friendly and very reassuring throughout. I would highly recommend.

I’ve been getting my brows done by Danielle for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! She always takes the time to shape them perfectly and really listens to what I want. My brows have never looked better, she just knows what suits your face! The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly too, which makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful brows!

Easily the best and most reliable place to have your eyebrows, lashes and nails done (it’s what I have done here) anytime I've tried anywhere else (out of convenience) its been a big disappointment, to say the least! So lessons learned and now I always return here to the girls who are all a) professional, b) reliable and c) leave you with amazing results! Always a happy girl when I've been to the Retreat, it’s by FAR the best place to visit! So don't hesitate, make sure you go there for all your beauty treatments! Thanks all for working your magic!

I have had a few treatments at Elleation now my favourites being the Dermaplaning facial, eyelash lift and eyebrow lamination I’ve always hated my eyebrows and Ellie worked her magic now I love them! Can’t wait to go back for more treatments!!

Chloe gives an exceptional, professional service with a smile too! Chloe has invested so much knowledge in each treatment she does and gives the best aftercare advice. The experience at Hellen Brandao Beauty was excellent as ever💕As a relative newbie to wax treatments. I had some apprehension about giving this another go after my first experience (years ago with someone else) did not go well. I love going to the girls at the retreat. I first started going to use their fabulous lie-down sunbeds, now I also go there for my LVL eyelashes, eyebrows and my nails. All the staff are so warm and friendly and make you feel right at home, and it's always a pleasure to support local businesses. So go and check them out. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly skilled, pays great attention to detail, and always makes sure my brows are shaped perfectly. She’s also friendly, professional, and makes every appointment a lovely experience.
