Nothing but amazing, nails are always perfect. Never come away not liking the colour or the shape. 1.5hrs filled with chatting and laughing.

Sophie did such a great job with my eyebrows. I am always a little cautious because they’ve been overdone by other people before, but they’re perfect. Sophie is an so lovely and the Studio is such a nice environment.

Best place for lashes in Hereford. Alexia really takes the time to customise the lashes to an individual. My lashes are quite short and fine so there isn’t really much to work with but Alexia still managed to give me a set of beautiful lashes. I highly recommend her!

My second visit to Natalie’s salon and it was just as enjoyable as my first visit. My eyebrows and nails look lovely! Love the peaceful setting and the fact that there is a large free car park. Michelle in the coffee/ cake/Gift shop is lovely too. I really enjoy going to Caplin and it is literally 20 minutes from my home!!

She does an amazing job every time! My eyebrows and lashes have never looked better. Super professional, gentle, and really knows what she's doing. Highly recommend!
