I swear my lashes used to disappear for fun 😂 but Jem has completely turned that around. She’s so patient, always trying new ways to make them last—and they finally do! No one else ever put in that effort. Plus, every appointment is such a vibe—we’re always laughing, the music is spot on, and you basically get a therapy session too. Lash tech, therapist, DJ… she does it all 🤍🤍

Kate was exceptional. Her technique and knowledge was exemplary. I booked a Hollywood wax and am very happy with it. Hygiene standards were excellent and she made me feel so comfortable and safe. Definitely booking in for a massage next !!

I had my first ever Korean lash lift with the lovely Francesca and I am so so impressed!! I've had many other LVL lash lifts before but this one was done so well and she was very gentle. I feel like my lashes look like lash extensions, I'm so happy with them. Will definitely book again!! 🥰🥰🥰

I recently had a microneedling session and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was professional, welcoming, and informative. I am honestly so happy with my lashes 😍✨ The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It didn’t hurt at all, literally so comfortable I could’ve fallen asleep! She was so gentle, professional, and really took her time to make everything perfect. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing 💅 The results are beautiful, full, natural, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting lashes done, you won’t regret it 🩷

I've been going to Laura for brows for a while and she is just simply fabulous, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had a facial with her and my skin feels so hydrated and is glowing, the extra techniques she uses for lymphatic drainage has made a difference too. I'm already booking in for my next one! I am already on my 3rd acne peel session with Francesca and I love how she gets involved with your skincare routine and help you build one so it’s not just an effective treatment you pay for instead you get a whole skincare subscription with her.
