Absolutely brilliant, I had previously had a negative experience previously with my eyebrows at a different salon. I was asked what I liked, given advice and shown throughout the process how my brows looked. When I asked for them to be made a bit finer , there was no problem at all. Again I was checked and shown the process all along. You have a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning. I would also like to mention the lovely atmosphere in the salon, relaxing and calming and nothing is too much trouble

I recently visited Bramble House for an eyebrow lamination treatment with Johanna, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the salon’s warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel completely at ease. Johanna is an absolute perfectionist – she took the time to explain the process, listened to what I wanted, and ensured my brows were styled exactly how I envisioned. Chloe was fantastic!! She understood what I wanted, how I wanted my eyebrows to look and she made sure it was the right shape for my face shape. - the first eyebrow wax I’ve ever had where I felt so comfortable, no pain & I actually enjoyed my experience! Thankyou so much Chloe! I shall be returning in 4 weeks, and every 4 weeks for the foreseeable ❤️

I love the fact that with Dawn, there was an immediately calm and relaxed atmosphere which put me at ease. There was no expectations to talk throughout the treatment as Dawn made it clear from the start that this was "my time" and I was able to totally unwind and switch off. Today was my first treatment with Dawn. I had the head-spa and it was lush, I feel super relaxed and recharged. Thank you.
