I couldn't be happier with the results! She is truly an artist when it comes to brows. Not only did she listen to my preferences, but she also provided expert advice on what would suit my face shape best. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing. I was very skeptical about getting my eyebrows done again due to a bad experience previously. Shannon is nothing but a true professional and takes so much pride in her work. She is very knowledgeable about the services that she provides and will put you right at ease with any questions or queries that you may have. I have quite sensitive skin and found Carla to take extra care and also gave me honest advice. I had an eyelash lift, tint and also eyebrow tint and the end results were fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone. I have also had gel nails in the past which were very artistically done.

I’m super picky with my eyebrows, I’ve been getting my brows waxed with Phoebe for about a year and she smashes it every single time. You can tell she really cares about what she does by how much time and care she takes to get them absolutely right. Plus, the salon is beautiful and relaxing. 10/10 never cheating on my brow lady🤝🏻

Jenny is fantastic at her job and a lovely girl. always makes my lashes pop with Lvl. Missed her so much when on maternity leave. No one done my brows and lashes as good as she does

Absolutely loved my pamper session. I had a massage (to encourage lymphatic drainage), I had a facial & eyebrow wax. Steph made me feel comfortable despite my mobility issues and treated me with respect. Steph made sure nothing was causing me any discomfort and targeted problem areas. The facial was amazing, so relaxing and refreshing. Steph’s knowledge about the treatments and what works best for different problems was exemplary. Thank you so much Steph, I will definitely be back soon.

Leah was great - super friendly, took her time and care doing my nails. She is clearly passionate about what she does. I am really happy with my nails. I would definitely recommend Leah and will be using her and Stacie Marie in the future. Also shout out to the staff at Pegasus gym (where Stacie Marie in Aylesbury is based), all really lovely and friendly and made me feel welcome.

My first time visiting Phoebe. I walked in with eyebrows that had been butchered by a previous professional, had taken months to grow back, were uneven and I wasn’t sure if anything could be done on this first visit.Phoebe was so lovely and professional, made me feel really comfortable. She mapped out my eyebrows, explained the process, I then had them shaped and tinted and oh my goodness, I’ve got the best eyebrows I’ve ever had! She was extremely gentle and thorough with meticulous eye for detail. I was so happy when she showed them to me I could have cried. I will not go anywhere else now!

Shannon is amazing at shaping brows, and understanding what works for individuals. I had an amazing lash lift, and henna brows. She did them perfectly, and I would highly recommend her. I can’t wait to go back and get combination brows done with Shannon. She really cares about her work, and is so customer focused. I’m so pleased with her work!

Put my back out this morning, and called Aura room. They were amazing and gave me an appointment at 12.30 and charged at standard price, no higher rate for short notice appointment. Also got 20% discount as live in Brill and first visit. I was made to feel very comfortable and I found the feedback on the condition of my back, very informative. Will be booking again, so that I can get my back into better shape. Thanks so much, Vanessa
