She took the time to really understand the shape that suited my face instead of rushing through it, and the result was natural, polished, and honestly boosted my confidence straight away. Her home studio was relaxing, professional, and super welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I had my eyebrows tinted and an eyelash refill done by Rachel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rachel was so welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room itself was calm, relaxing, and comfortable. What really stood out compared to other places I’ve been to was how thoughtful and attentive she was throughout the appointment. As it was around a 3-hour appointment, she regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, & halfway through even offered me a break to stretch my legs & have some water. My eyebrows and lashes turned out absolutely amazing too! Highly recommend ❤️
