I had my eyebrows shaped and dyed which I was happy with but the girl didn’t make me feel welcome. It seemed she was there just to do a job, no conversation, slightly abrupt in her manner. It’s the second time I’ve been there and had the same experience previously. I will go back only because it’s quick and affordable but I think she could use some training in customer service and a smile to welcome people.

I booked in for my Eyebrows to be waxed and tinted as well as my Eyelashes tinted. Which is was an amazing experience I was welcomed straight in and was constantly asked questions about how I’d like my eyebrows done which was very reassuring I was made to feel comfortable and was listened to. I than got my hair Shampooed, cut and styled which was also amazing, once again asked how I’d like my hair how much I’d like cut off and so forth both ladies I had today were so kind and happy to have a conversation while doing there job I’m very happy with all I had done today I’ll be back

Having fine hair, it is always a challenge to find a stylist who truly understands how to cut and shape it to maximize volume without losing density. Toni is an absolute expert. She is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. ​On top of her excellent styling skills, the prices at Lilora are so reasonable and affordable.
