Haircut was great and Hugo was great & chatty, ansd very satisfied in that respect but I did find the experience very frustrating. My 10-15 minute haircut took 40 minutes due to the amount of phonecalls taken for bookings. Obviously it's the morning of day 1 so can give benefit of doubt (hence rating haircut and not experience), but I would suggest that all phonecalls should go straight to voicemail where you get instructions for booking online - either that or have someone assigned to taking phone booking only. This is intended as feedback rather than criticism.

Always have such a great time at salon Q. My hair always looks lovely when I leave and I’m always so happy with the style and cut I have. Anwen is always so lovely , chatty , smiley and friendly. She really does a fab job with my hair and I always leave the salon feeling so happy. Thank you salon Q , all the staff are friendly and welcoming . the salon has such a lovely vibe and I’m always excited to go back. The salon is so beautiful too. Always a pleasure to go there. X

​I went into the salon convinced I needed to chop most of my length off because it felt so dry. I’ve been going to Becs for two years now, and instead of just picking up the scissors, she actually examined my hair and gave me her honest, expert advice. ​She assured me it wasn't permanently damaged—it just needed the right blow-drying technique! Becs took the time to teach me exactly which brush to use and how to blow dry it down properly to keep it smooth. She then just trimmed a tiny bit off the ends and gave me my absolute perfect straight fringe. ​Becs has my best interests at heart ❤️

I had my hair done by Lish today and honestly, she is incredible. Her service is completely bespoke — she really listened to what I wanted and treated my hair with so much care. The whole experience felt relaxed and easy, the chat flowed naturally, and even though I was there for around five hours, the time absolutely flew by. I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely knows her craft and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish.

Anwen was super lovely as always. Had a lovely cut and style by Anwen. She’s always done such a lovely job with my daughter’s hair I decided to try her myself and I’m so happy I did. Great cut and I’m really happy with all the help on picking the right cut for me personally and for my face shape . Thank you salon q for a lovely experience. Salon is always friendly and has a lovely feel / atmosphere when you're there .

Becc gave me a great cut, colour and blow dry again today. She even gave me a lovely little tutorial on how to style my bob for more volume, so lovely, she goes above & beyond every time.

I was so nervous about having my eyebrows micro bladed, but Rebecca put me at ease straight away. She’s answered all of my questions and was very professional! I am soo happy with my end result of having natural looking brows! Thankyou hun I love them ☺️

Alisha gave me a wash and blow dry. During the wash she gave my scalp a great message to help my scalp psoriasis. Alisha was friendly and answered my questions about having a toner on future appointments. My hair feels lovely soft and shiney. I'm very happy.

This was my first visit and I will definitely be coming back. It was a lovely friendly atmosphere that instantly made me feel comfortable. I love my new hair style and look forward to coming back for a colour in the new year.

Ali really understands my son's hair, but also his quirks. He always feels confident that he will get the style he has asked for and now more than ever has total confidence in Ali. The new look to the barbers is brilliant and he felt safe and looked after despite all the new restrictions.
