I am 69 and it was the first time that I have been offered a free consult when I haven't made an appointment yet. I appreciate being able to discuss with and listen to the expert advice on what they recommend for my lifestyle and hair type. Silvana asked me lots of questions ...ie. how often I wash my and how I dry it and what tools I use as well as styling questions and then she answered all of my questions. Then she recommended a style and some products that would help with my fine straight hair. I bought some conditioner and booked my appointment. I can't wait to get my new cut !

Thanks Silvana ! Great cut and great experience overall ! At the end of the cut and dry, I was shown how to style my hair and what tools and products to use to give me the most versatility. She even suggested extensions might be helpful with my fine hair and I'm seriously considering it ! about it.

Neelofar was very professional, she gave me a free consultation on my hair style and color needs. She put all my concerns to rest. This was my first visit at Backstage salon and it made me very anxious but Neelofar was very warm and heard all my concers& now they have a customer for life. The salon is very clean and inviting and they offerd me tea / coffee which took their service to the next level. Neelofar is very knowledgeable colorist and hair stylist , I highly recommend her.
