Then I met Alex today, he knew exactly what to do with my hair without me even saying anything. To say he is a genius, is putting it mildly. He totally transformed my hair and my overall appearance. Now that I’ve found him, I’m not going to let him go.

I had a root touch-up and haircut with Summer, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Summer recommended a layered cut, and I’m so glad I trusted her advice. She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

Got my hair cut by one of the owners. He is super friendly, personable, and did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I told him that I was getting a haircut for my upcoming wedding, so he gave me some great advice and tips for styling it on the day of ceremony. The staff are also all incredibly welcoming. I love how he cut and styled my hair — the blowout was perfect too. I was initially skeptical about hair salons in Vancouver, but Nuvida has definitely become my favorite. I moved to Port Coquitlam and still drive all the way back in to Vancouver to get my hair done. It's absolutely worth it. On my last appointment I ran into my sister! Turns out she still drives all the way in from Coquitlam as well. Says a lot. Oh and my stylist is Hannah. She's been giving people fabulous hair since she was 13....just saying. 🙃

Switched to this salon since moving to Vancouver, great environment inside, clean & friendly. Staff is kind and patient. Courtney has done my hair a few times and it's always a good experience, she listens to what I want done, does a great job, and she also is personable, remembered things we chatted about last time etc, so its just always nice for a stylist to have that personal touch so you look forward to returning and catching up with them again! 10/10 recommend this salon and Courtney specifically, she's awesome!
