I felt truly heard and listened to throughout the appointment, and she was incredibly honest with me while delivering her advice in such a positive and reassuring way. Nikola also gave me an extraordinary head massage, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend both this salon and Nikola highly enough.
