I only recently began coming to Extension Blow Dry Bar, but I really love it already! It’s got such a great vibe, all the staff are professional and pleasant, the location’s very convenient and central (downtown East Point), and the decor is so beautiful and chic!! They always offer a complimentary bottle of water, the music selection is very nice, and I Love the unique service options that they offer (like the “Organic Vegan Blow-Out” and the “Bring-Your-Own Relaxer Retouch”), which are so my speed! The online self-booking tool is great, too, and they get you in and out nice and quick.

The ladies here were nice and funny asf! I enjoyed their company and time flew by for me. Plus they give me some snacks and a drink so I’m was chilling. This is my first silk press of the year bc I try not to straight my hair too much, but they definitely make me want to get my hair done more often lol. Prices are definitely better than typical “Atlanta salon” hair prices

Shay was professional, personable, kind and very gentle handed. I had a shampoo, condition and blow dry before my sew in. I needed a trim and appreciated that she took a before picture to explain and allow me to visualize my damage before the cut. She took the exact amount needed to encourage healthy regrowth and nothing more. My sew is exactly what I wanted based on the inspo pic I showed her. This was my first time at the salon and I’ll definitely be back.

Ty is amazing!! This is literally the first time my scalp feels unhinged. Previous braid styles my scalp would itch and later be irritated. To the point I thought sew in styles and braids weren’t an option. Today, I don’t have that experience. I love my hair and the way my scalp feels. I’m looking forward to my hair growth journey!! I recently visited Extension Blow Dry Bar for a trim, braid down, and u-part wig sewn down, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The service was not only timely but also exceptional. The stylist skillfully executed the trim and braid down, ensuring a flawless foundation for my u-part wig. The sew-in was expertly done, and my hair looks fantastic. Joycelynn is a Master Engineer and Designer who CHOSE the hair industry as her profession. The way she approached executing my hairstyling was intentional and thoughtful. She had one goal: make my head look good. And she did! In at 9:30a out by 10:40a!!!

I would like to start by saying my daughter was very nervous going into this appointment. She only likes for me to do her hair due to previously stylists being heavy handed. This was our first time at this salon and from the time we arrived we were greeted at the front desk and offered refreshments. Then her stylist Ajaysia came and introduced herself. She kept me updated as she was doing my daughter's hair. I was also concerned that the trim would result in too much hair being cut off but Ajaysia came and checked in with me first. Plus my daughter said they were gentle with her hair.

Mara absolutely slayeeed my cut + color! She asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and walked me through every step. She was super sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. First time in over 10 years dying my hair and I absolutely LOVED how it came out! Got so many compliments. Will def be back.

1000/10 experience. I had minimal wait time, as soon as I walked in, I was promptly seated at a wash bowl. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Ajaysia did a phenomenal job on my wash, this may be the best salon wash I’ve ever gotten. Jocelynn listened to all of my hair concerns and was so well versed in caring for my hair, she did an amazing job on my silk press. I gave her free rein to trim as much as she saw fit, but she included me in the process to make sure I was comfortable. I will surely be back.

I enjoyed my first time, Mahelet was very professional and quick I was in and out with in 2 hours. Prices affordable, they offer you snacks, water or wine during your service. I was very surprised that I found this place off TikTok and I will give my experience a 10/10

Great first experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got the new client silk press treatment. Shampoo and hair masks felt great! Took time to do all treatments. I haven’t had my hair sip pressed in over a year and it was definitely worth the experience. Beverages and snacks were offered. Great music selection. My hair feels great. Would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you Priscilla and Mahelet!!

Ty was excellent… I did the new client silk press, since I had braids in for a while.. she took time to detangle my hair without pulling it, trimmed and added curls. My hair looked and felt great!!
