I really recommend lauren, shes always really professional, friendly, and passionate about her work—everything you’d want in a great hair stylist, she always makes you feel comfortable and my hair always looks amazing, her colour work is beautiful.

1st time in the new salon & I love it. As always was made to feel very welcome. Emma listened to what I wanted & then did the exact opposite 🤣( with my consent of course) she’s amazing & always knows best, I trust her completely. Love my new short hair. For girls who find it difficult to find a stylist who is great at doing pixie cuts then Emma’s your woman. 🥰

Fantastic afternoon.Lovley friendly staff.Had an in depth discussion about what I wanted and how that look would suit me. Chloe was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Had hair changed from blonde to brunette so quite dramatic change. Finished with cut and blow and curling. Great service.

Very welcoming staff who cant do enough for you,as soon as you walk in your made to feel welcome and they offer you hot or cold drinks, i feel relaxed when i come to the hair salon

It was my 2nd time at The House of Castellis and it was a lovely experience again. Jodie is an amazing stylist and so lovely and talks you through exactly what she is going to do and puts you at ease straight away❣️Will definitely be booking in for a full balayage in the next few months, lovely 10/10 experience xxxx

After multiple different hairdressers had overbleached my hair or left me with an undesirable result, I FINALLY found Chelsea... she instantly put me at ease, set my expectations from the beginning, spoke in detail about how we can achieve what I want but still keeping my hair health. I absolutely LOVE what Chelsea did and will stick with her now indefinitely 🥰

Sarah was absolutely lovely with my daughter, she is only 4 and never been to the hair dressers before. Sarah made her very happy especially when she got to have one of her Nans buns ❤️ Thank you Sarah, Grace loves her new hair cut, she even told everyone in M&S she’d had her hair cut 😂🥰

I love this hair dressers. My hair is looking in brilliant condition and I got highlights in that’s never happened before but with Sarah looking after it I’m so happy. My hair is very curly so very dry and it usually just goes frizzy. Thank you Sarah and the girls all very friendly and comfortable xx

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls
