Fastest hands in the North! (And East, West & South probably) Not only is she lightening fast, but her sectioning is flawless! Edges laid. Parts straighter than my life choices. Braids so neat even my ancestors are impressed! She's not only incredible at what she does, but she's funny, patient, and one of the loveliest people you'll meet. Whether you're tender-headed, indecisive or just looking for some amazing braid art, she's got you covered. Come for the hair but stay for the vibes. Excellent service from start to finish! I was invited in as a model and I was taken care of. The consultation was thorough and detailed. They focus on my needs and how I can maintain not only the look but the health of my hair. Watching Serena teach her team was also inspiring and I loved seeing the confidence come through with the team that were being trained. It was an extremely personalised experience with so much love and care from the team. I love MY curls and shape! Thank you for operating with such intention and I look forward to spreading the word to my family. I love it!

We’ve been using Becky for a year now for our little boy (3.5yr) who became terrified of having his hair cut due to a bad experience in a barber shop. At the start of the year he was hysterical and we had to physically restrain him, fast forward to now and he loves to see Becky and sits pleasantly to have his hair cut. She also gave my 19month old his first hair cut & it looks loads better! She’s such an angel

All the staff made me feel so welcome and included. They couldn't do enough for me from making drinks to making sure I was comfortable in the seat as my hair took nearly 6 hours to complete. Both Serena and Lovina took their time and asked me what I wanted and how I wanted my hair to look and took their time and effort to make that happen. Overall a fantastic first experience and I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve got old lady, grey, frizzy hair but Serena said she’d make my curls pop - and she did! My hair is much curlier than it’s ever been, softer and needs less product. She listens to you, takes her time and gave me the best haircut in years. And she offers Prosecco at 1-30 in the afternoon. Thank you, Serena!
