Ettie saved my hair. I came to her after a previous hairdresser botched my blonde and left me with a block yellow orange colour. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she gave me the most beautiful, natural vanilla blonde balayage. You are in safe hands with her.

Sophie (Amelia) is AMAZING. I had a balayage and cut today and it looks absolutely incredible. She is extremely talented and I have absolute confidence in her colouring my hair. I am so happy with her work and would 100% recommend her. She is also just a really lovely lady too 🩷

Really great experience! Managed to work around me when I had a call from BT (that was earlier than planned) and fell right in the middle of my haircut. Despite having to cut around me trying to talk to BT, who said they could only speak to me at that time, I've got a great haircut that I am really happy with.

I had my hair cut yesterday by Amelia and I am so happy with the cut. She really put me at ease and gave great advice about the cut I had originally planned and offered alternatives. Im glad I listened as I’m thrilled with it. The salon has a really relaxed atmosphere too. Il definitely be booking in again 😊

Sophie was brilliant in listening to and delivering exactly what I wanted. I wanted to go darker without washing me out and without a red tint and she got it exactly right, with a lovely cut as well. The salon was a lovely vibe and I was made to feel very comfortable as a newbie there. Will definitely be returning ✨

Ettie did a brilliant job with the colour. I was wanting to lose some of the warmth and have a more ashy look with blonde which is by no means easy on jet black Chinese hair. I love the finished look, as does my daughter!!! Love my new cut and the finish, Elle was fabulous in giving me a fresh new look and also loads of at home advice for styling it myself. Was anxious cause its my first time cutting my hair here in newcastle, but they were all friendly and provide good customer service. Elle did my hair and it was perfect! Love how she was very passionate in creating layers and framing for my hair. Love the finishing look, place, service, and hairdresser.
