My crown had fallen straight off after physically unable to do a thing and she was able to put a smile back on my face and adjust my crown!!! Amy coloured my hair to exactly how I wanted it, and the cut is lovely. I love my hair. I also had my eyebrows shaped and tinted and my lashes tinted by Charlotte who made them look lovely. I won't go anywhere else for my hair and beauty treatments and travelled from South Manchester as I 100% trust them each time to get the results I want and always do get them. And amazing place and the staff are lovely, very welcoming, polite and friendly. My 10 year old daughter is autistic also and hates having her hair messed with, but here she allows them to wash, cut and blow dry her hair.

this is my fourth time at the salon and I really wouldn’t trust anywhere else to do my hair, all the staff make me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable every time, and the atmosphere is always really good, all of the staff have a great sense of humour and all co operate amazingly well. I am so pleased with my hair and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the fantastic job the girls do, so glad i found this salon and I genuinely think it may be one of (if not the) best in Manchester

Loved going to get my nails done here while I was living in Manchester. I always got one solid color on my nails but they were always amazing and I loved the shape we would do. I liked that we sometimes would chat about our lives but we could also sit in comfortable silence and listen to music.

Fantastic afternoon.Lovley friendly staff.Had an in depth discussion about what I wanted and how that look would suit me. Chloe was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Had hair changed from blonde to brunette so quite dramatic change. Finished with cut and blow and curling. Great service.

Such a lovely salon! Great service, I was very happy with my nails - went for builder gel with a chrome finish and butter yellow tips. It's the first time I've visited this salon. My nail tech was lovely and friendly, the salon was spotless, and the products used have lasted brilliantly. I'm writing this review nearly 3 weeks after my appointment and have had no chips or lifting at all. In fact, I'm just making my next appointment!

I was really nervous about getting my hair cut as I have had the same hairdresser since I was a baby, but since moving to failsworth I thought I’d bite the bullet. I booked with Emma, she was so so lovely (as were all the staff around) and made me feel really comfortable. I’m a right chatterbox, and I felt so comfortable just chatting away through the appointment. I am so happy with the cut, Emma did an amazing job despite my not very specific descriptions she nailed exactly what was in my mind. Bonus points for the lovely caramel latte! Can’t wait to rebook my next trim x
