I always love my afternoons with Jolene! I come out bouncy and shiny with fresh roots and a deep condition. We spend the entire time laughing about crime shows on TV or great restaurants in London. I'm so glad I found her when I moved here!

Paula is absolutely fantastic! I am naturally quite dark and routinely get blonde highlights and toner and Paula does my hair perfectly every single time. I am incredibly picky and have visited numerous salons across london including in Mayfair in search of a stylist that could achieve the blonde I wanted and feel so lucky to have found Paula. After a number of botched highlights jobs, Paula was also able to get me to where I wanted to be and did so while keeping my hair healthy. Thank you so much, Paula!

First time sitting in Tracey’s chair after many years, and it felt like being right back at home! The absolute best to do it - not only does she slay hair, she’s gives the best advice on looking after it. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

I booked for a sew in and have never been so happy with my hair. The service was great and done phenomenally so quickly, I was so impressed and so pleased. I was able to get an appointment on a day that was very busy and she still managed to fit me and do my hair so well despite this, thank you so much 🎀🎀🎀

I've been going to Edda since I moved to London nearly 6 years ago. I won't go anywhere else and when she changed salons, I followed. She's fantastic, professional, and knows my hair so well to the point where I don't trust anyone else with it. I always have a great chat with her and can't recommend her enough.

I always have a five-star experience at Image London Bermondsey. The staff are extremely professional, kind and caring. I have very thin hair and wear a sewn-on extension weft, and the result looks amazingly natural thanks to their extremely precise work. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you, Image London!

I had a sew in weave with closure and balayage highlights blonde on brown with Tracy and am very happy with the result! Since I met Tracy from the very first consultation appointment she took the time to understand what I was wanting the colour to look like and it came out looking perfectly. She is very talented, she works with precision and efficiency and made me feel at ease during the whole appointment. I more than highly recommend her. The salon has a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very kind and caring. It's always a treat to be under Tracy hands!

If I could give 6 stars then I would! Since moving to London it has been so hard to find a stylist that I can build a relationship with. As someone who has regular appointments for extensions it makes such a difference having a professional, consistent experience! Szindy really listens and knows exactly how I like my hair styled now. The salon is lovely and clean - great quality products and refreshments, it’s overall a different vibe to other large salon chains which sometimes feel intimidating. Thank you Szindy and team!

I went in for a consultation the day before and was able to get a booking in the next day. I had balayage and wanted to get back to more of my natural colouring. Jolene did a fantastic job doing this while still keeping a sun-kissed look, and I'm delighted with the result!

Dawn was absolutely phenomenal, I came in with hair extensions from Turkey that urgently needed to be taken out due to matting. I'd been turned away from 10+ salons and travelled from Birmingham. She helped me take them out and de-matted my hair whilst saving my hair as well. She could have turned me away like other salons, but she didn't, and she made sure my hair felt brand new. Can't thank her enough. <3
