It was my first time going here. I was nervous for my cut. I had a bad cut a year ago and I was hoping that Leah could fix. After we talked i was still nervous that I didn't explained very well what I wanted but I showed Leah pictures and hoped for the best. I washed my hair after 2 days because I wanted to see how the cut was done when I would style it myself and WOW! I mean WOW! She is an artist. I never want my hair to be cut by anyone else. Im from Ibiza but I would wait to see Leah every year when I visit my family up in Birmingham. Thank you so much and you will see me again🥰🙏🏼🩷

Courtney absolutely nailed my colour! As it was my first time getting coloured for a while, she explained each step to me and made me feel really comfortable. My time in the salon absolutely flew by and it was a lovely, calm environment.

I met Leah 3 weeks ago when she gave me a great cut and blow-dry that lasted really well. I went back today for roots, foils and hair treatment. WOW! she's done an incredible job. Love the colour and my hair is in the best condition it's been for ages. Lovely lady with great talent. I highly recommend. Thank you Leah

Fantastic service! This is my first time ever having a full set of eyelashes, she listened to everything I wanted, they look beautiful. I have never felt so relaxed, we talked in parts and didnt through some of the service she understood I was a mom that had been off her feet for the first time all week. I am so greatful, I highly recommend booking with Beth she was amazing!

I had such a great experience at Born Beautiful today! I went in for a cut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Courtney really listened to what I wanted and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My hair feels so fresh, healthy, and beautifully styled — exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a little hair refresh.
