Great service, felt extremely comfortable and the environment was welcoming, I was offered a number of different drinks and snacks which made the service even more enjoyable. The end result of my hair was just beautiful. 100 would recommend.

First time visiting Pickles today and Daisy was great! Offered drinks throughout, had a lovely head massage, she listened perfectly to what I wanted and checked throughout I was happy with everything. Will book back in with Daisy again soon ☺️

Brilliant service from start to finish. Jahnay was very professional and very friendly. It was my first time having braids in a salon and Jahnay explained what to expect, we discussed what hairstyle I would like to my preference and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the period that she braided my hair. I love my hairstyle, lovely relaxed salon, friendly environment and reasonably priced. I would recommend!

Nice salon. Everyone there is friendly and they do know what they're doing. I usually go in for Cornrows . The lady who does my hair is very gentle and can hold the hair firmly but it doesn't hurt. I will definitely be going back . [ well I already do ]

Honestly the best hair salon experience I’ve had. Nita took time to explain the steps of the treatment and had so much patience to answer all my questions. I left feeling more confident in how to properly look after my hair. The salon is welcoming and calm. I felt so relaxed in Nita’s loving hands and fully trust her with my hair. Once in a blue moon, you find someone you instantly trust with your hair and Wonder has become that person for me. I came in nervous after neglecting my hair for quite some time, but she transformed it with such care, knowledge, and gentleness. I’m so glad I took the plunge and booked with her! The salon is clean, peaceful, and I love that she focuses on one client at a time. It made the whole experience feel personal and relaxing. I’ll definitely be a regular from now on. My hairdressers appointment is like visiting a friend, looking haggered, having a counselling session, a friendly chat a head massage a relaxing drink (non alcholic unless you sneak in your own),( nearly fell asleep) session; and I come out looking great, feeling like all eyes are on me and if they are not they should be. My hair looks and feels great. Thank you # You're the Best

A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!

Every time I visit, I’m reminded of what excellent hair care looks like in my community. Over the years, I’ve been to some decent salons and quite a few bad ones, but The One Couture experience ticks all my boxes. The staff are warm and welcoming, and my hair and scalp are always treated with genuine knowledge and skill. This is clearly more than just a business, they truly care about your hair AND about you!

Had my first appointment at the salon and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Wonder is incredibly lovely, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure you receive the best possible service while in her chair. She shared so much helpful information and handled my hair with such care and attention. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after throughout. This was my first time coming to Pickles and Co and everything was amazing! initially came in for an extension consultation which Simone helped out with a lot by explaining the different types of extensions as well as finding the perfect shade that would blend into my hair. She gave me a whole breakdown of the pricing and which would be best for my specific hair type. then had a cut and finish which brought my hair back to life!!!! It felt so dead and dull before, but once Simone cut and styled it, I feel like a whole new person. I’m so incredibly happy and I will definitely be coming back! <3

If I could give Wanda six stars, I would—but apparently that’s “not allowed,” according to the internet. I walked in looking like I’d been living under a humidifier during a windstorm, and Wanda somehow transformed me into someone who looks like they actually have their life together. She doesn’t just cut hair—she negotiates with it. She’s fast, she’s talented, and she somehow knew exactly what I meant when I said, “I want it to look good, but like, effortlessly good.” Highly recommend. Wanda is a hair wizard, a follicle therapist, and a national treasure.

Beyond fantastic service every time. The professionalism is top tier, but what really stands out is the energy — great conversation, plenty of laughs, and you actually leave feeling better than when you walked in. Always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. It never feels rushed, and the attention to detail shows in the results. Easily the best experiences I’ve had with a hairstylist.
