Brilliant service from start to finish. Jahnay was very professional and very friendly. It was my first time having braids in a salon and Jahnay explained what to expect, we discussed what hairstyle I would like to my preference and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the period that she braided my hair. I love my hairstyle, lovely relaxed salon, friendly environment and reasonably priced. I would recommend!

It was my first time at Pickles & Co. I booked with Lera because I saw her work online and thought she would be a great fit for me, I was right. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and offered suggestions and shared her experiences with having a similar hair type. She was really lovely to chat to and made me feel comfortable throughout. She talked me through everything and discussed every step to make sure I was happy. It was a great experience going somewhere new. I will book with Lera again and recommend her to anyone. A lovely salon in a nice area too.

The professionalism is top tier, but what really stands out is the energy — great conversation, plenty of laughs, and you actually leave feeling better than when you walked in. My hairdressers appointment is like visiting a friend, looking haggered, having a counselling session, a friendly chat a head massage a relaxing drink (non alcholic unless you sneak in your own),( nearly fell asleep) session; and I come out looking great, feeling like all eyes are on me and if they are not they should be. My hair looks and feels great. Thank you # You're the Best

Nice salon. Everyone there is friendly and they do know what they're doing. I usually go in for Cornrows . The lady who does my hair is very gentle and can hold the hair firmly but it doesn't hurt. I will definitely be going back . [ well I already do ]

Once in a blue moon, you find someone you instantly trust with your hair and Wonder has become that person for me. I came in nervous after neglecting my hair for quite some time, but she transformed it with such care, knowledge, and gentleness. I’m so glad I took the plunge and booked with her! The salon is clean, peaceful, and I love that she focuses on one client at a time. It made the whole experience feel personal and relaxing. I’ll definitely be a regular from now on. I travel from Telford just to get my hair braided here.. Every single time my hair looks absolutely on point 👌🏾and I always leave feeling amazing. Started with the New Client Detox & Scalp Analysis and have been coming back for the Smartbond Hydration Treatment since. Three sessions in and my hair is stronger, SOFTER and the shedding and snapping has really reduced.🙌 Would definitely recommend, especially if you are dealing with breakage or shedding.

Had my first appointment at the salon and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Wonder is incredibly lovely, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure you receive the best possible service while in her chair. Great experience great service and really fast aswel. I needed to do a lot of work on my locs after it was damaged an not done very good by past hairdresser and they really help getting my locs back to looking nice and healthy. Price is reasonable also, very nice and positive energy lady's. Very welcoming

If I could give Wanda six stars, I would—but apparently that’s “not allowed,” according to the internet. I walked in looking like I’d been living under a humidifier during a windstorm, and Wanda somehow transformed me into someone who looks like they actually have their life together. She doesn’t just cut hair—she negotiates with it. She’s fast, she’s talented, and she somehow knew exactly what I meant when I said, “I want it to look good, but like, effortlessly good.” Highly recommend. Wanda is a hair wizard, a follicle therapist, and a national treasure.
