So happy with my hair after today’s appointment in Mosman! The colour is rich, glossy and perfectly blended, and the extensions look seamless and natural. The team really listened and gave great advice to get the result I wanted. The salon has such a relaxing, welcoming feel which made the whole experience a treat. Highly recommend if you’re after beautiful colour and incredible extensions!

I had the best haircut yesterday with Federica. I was having a difficult time maintaining my hair as it was very thick, heavy, and knotty as a result. Federica took a lot of this weight off, and it's now so much easier to maintain and I'm very happy with the way it looks. It was an effective and easy process as well, with no wash and blow dry required, which was exactly what I was looking for and a lot more affordable than other haircuts I'd previously had in the area. She was also very communicative and kind to me, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back for my next haircut!

Lisa is outstanding! And so is the whole crew. Such happy and high vibes in Lox and the level of care, knowledge and professionalism is beyond. I went due to my usual hairdresser making a huge mistake with my colour and not offering any help to fix it. Turned out to be a blessing cause I’ll now be a regular at Lox. Super grateful. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Abbie took the time in the consultation to go through everything. She is honestly a genius with hair. Never have a I left with hair being even nicer than expectation and also the experience with Abbie, she is so lovely and had the best time. Whatever you’re paying her is not enough! A+ experience!

Spending time with Leona (and George) in her light-filled tranquil salon is a little oasis. A dependable respite that can be counted on to soothe the soul and lift the spirits. Highly recommend. Fantastic shampoo and wash by Andreas with such friendly service. Was needing my hair done for a wedding that day after flying in the day before. My hair looked great, appointment was on time with no delays and the app worked perfectly with lots of communication/reminders. Beautiful salon with lots of lovely stores/cafes nearby if you have time to enjoy the local Mosman area afterwards. Thanks so much again 💕

I love coming here. I’m 34yo and have developed grey hair in the last 9 months. Leona was super helpful. I got a semi permanent through my hair - not all over just parts that’s had more greys - and it’s turned out amazing.
