If I could give more than 5 stars. Both Shae and Tanya consistently give excellent service. From professional telephone etiquette, to knowledge of their products and services. Its also more than the knowledge, its the skill/technique. They deliver! I am very busy and don't have time to be fixing a wig or weave each day. The techniques used at installation, glue or glue-less, last! Even my husband is happy with the natural look and it requires less time to get ready. I have searched and finally found stylists who make me feel on top of the world with my hair extensions. Don't delay, book now!

Khadija has been doing my hair roughly 5 years now and my experience has always been amazing from start to finish. Once she learns your hair, the braiding is completed quickly, yet the quality never slip Very professional, and so welcoming every single time. The space is always incredibly clean, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. On top of that, the aroma of the new salon is so comfortable and pleasant — it truly adds to the peaceful atmosphere. I'd rate Braid Coutoure 100/10 every single time - already counting the days til my next visit ♥️✌🏾

It was a great experience for my first time here, loved the cleanliness of the space , as well as the AC to keep it comfortable, it was quiet and relaxing as well. The service was great!! The hair wash was so soothing and relaxing I almost fell asleep. The oils for the rinse left my hair smelling amazing!! The retwist itself was painless, neat, and quick. The conversations were positive, the music was nice, the vibes and the ambience felt like home. I rate it 10/10 and would definitely recommend!!

I would highly recommend Alicia and look forward to her taking care of my hair again! Her communication was great, her location was easy to find and studio was clean and quiet. Kadeja was very warm and professional, I was extremely late for my appointment but she didn't make me feel like I had inconvenienced her instead she offered me solution to reschedule so she could style. Now let's talk about the sewin ... Flawless installation, braids were not tight , FLATTTTTT and gorgeous! Thank you so much for the great work and exceptional customer service . Must mention Shaylaya (owner) she was very kind, warm and professional when she reach out to check in on me. The salon was peaceful and calm, nice music and no loud banter. Overall a lovely experience
