From day one, the experience and service is always on point. She makes you feel welcoming and comfortable. She is the only person who can do my lashes. She's the first lash tech that my lashes actually last, and doesnt irritate my eyes. Keep up the good work.

It is the smallest things that make the most impact. The fact that Latoya remembers we are human not just a client and her spirit touches each one. Just today this was in action with a simple I will spray the hair with product for you. This client had come back just to ask what products should she buy and with a small mention of her hair being a little dry the response was a simple met me spray it before you leave. Humanity in action!

However, after about two treatments with Pauline, I can see a vast improvement in both the texture and body of my hair! My experience was great!! And it was 'top of the shelf' service with a smile!. Timely and efficient service. The hair colour was perfect.

The hair came out lovely as usual. I did not get hot chocolate or a slice of my favourite cake. As a consolation, however, I had a lovely shot of beet ginger and apple juiced by the stylist. I was also able to purchase some lovely burger and fries from a nearby restaurant. I forgot my bottle in the salon.

Very good experience. I love my hair.
